Impact, Simplified.

Mission Simplify began to take shape after years spent working within the non-profit sector. At one organization, I had the opportunity to adapt the customer success model used by SaaS companies for the non-profit world.

This led to the creation of a Donor Success Model, ensuring that all donors, regardless of their gift size, benefit from personalized and streamlined communication strategies. By leveraging cost-effective technology solutions, I was able to reach over 10,000 donors monthly with relevant, personalized content about the organization. The results were staggering with a 4% increase in donor retention and significant growth in new $1,000+ donations after just 12-months.

From this experience, the idea was born to bring these impactful solutions to other organizations. Our goal is to help Canadian non-profits reduce time spent on administrative tasks and foster meaningful, engaging conversations with their donors, ultimately driving greater mission success.
